Harvesting Salt
Today we were so fortunate to be able to go to the Hanapepe Salt Beds with Addi's pre school. It was so amazing and such an honor to be invited. We were let right into the salt beds and taken through all the steps of making salt. The kids were able to help with every step. The salt beds are harvested and cultivated in the same way that they have been for generations upon generations. It was an amazing experience. We ate some of our precious salt on our fish for dinner and Addi was so proud.

That is super cool. Your hair looks way cute up in a hat like that!
She is so big! What a cutie. Look at her making salt. The pictures leave me with a lot of questions about what, exactly, they are doing. Love you!
